This is not a round through random doors. Every envelope goes to an address already on a Tradecue list: planning permission, a home that just sold, or a poor EPC. We will not post to a street you picked by driving past it.
Extra to the £29.99 subscription. Buy credit when you want a round; there is no monthly charge for posting, and unused credit does not expire.

The maths
We cost less than a month of posting letters through random doors.
Thirty letters put through thirty doors on a street you happened to be driving down costs you £30.30 a month by the time you have counted the paper, the ink, the envelope and the stamp. It is the cheapest marketing in the trade and most of it goes in the bin, because none of those thirty households asked for anything.
Tradecue is £29.99. Less than the letters — and we tell you which thirty doors.
Every address we send you belongs to somebody who has just applied for, or just been granted, permission to build the exact thing you do. Same spend, same stack of envelopes, aimed at people who are already looking for you.

Questions
Before you commit.
Is there a contract?
No. It is a monthly subscription and you can stop it whenever you like. If you stop, you drop back to the free two-mile search rather than being locked out — you were allowed that before you ever paid us, and taking it away would be punishing you for having tried the product.
Does the price include VAT?
The figure you see is what you pay. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add on top.
Do I need a card to look?
No. The free search is genuinely free and is not a trial that expires. It exists so you can check we hold something worth having near you, which is a fair thing to want to know first.
Can you post the letters for me?
Yes. £1.50 a letter, all in — print, envelope, stamp and postage. Only to houses already on your lists (planning, a recent sale, or a poor EPC). It is not part of the monthly price: you buy credit when you want a round.
Is it per person or per firm?
Per account. Passing a job to your team by WhatsApp, text or email is built in, so a two- or three-van outfit generally runs on one subscription and shares the ones worth chasing.
What if you do not cover my area well?
Then do not subscribe yet, and tell us where you are. The coverage page shows every authority and how much householder work comes through it, so you can see the answer rather than take ours. Councils are added continually and we will let you know when yours is worth it.
